I work for a company with 33k employees and I am a full time employee with them for 7 years, living in Wyoming for 5 years and working in Wyoming for 7 years. I work as an roof inspector and did hurt myself going down a ladder. Workers Comp took there sweet time to tell me that they denied my case. I wonder how you have to hurt yourself on the job for them to actually do there job and do what they are suppose to do.

I was injured at work Halloween 2019; had surgery Feb 2020. In that time, John Onisto worked hard on my file. Of course, a majority of the took place during the lockdown due to the pandemic; John never faltered. He made sure I was aware of everything going on at his end, never did I feel out of the loop. He would check in with me about my progress, and he became a big support during my recovery. John, I truly appreciate everything you did to make sure I felt taken care of. Thank you!! I’m back to climbing the steep trails again, and the fishing is good!

Was injured on the job, which resulted in dealing with the wonderful people at wyoming workers compensation that couldn't give a rats rear end about you and try to deny payment for as much as possible. Fought with them for a month and a half regarding a rx for glasses and then they try and accuse me of lying that my prescription changed in a years time.

I have been calling them and my fathers agent the one assigned to the case , they have not answer he has not received his money since December! He broke a whole arm and is barely getting therapy because this worker’s compensation team is no help ! He can’t work or anything to earn his owe money .And no one answers the phone so he can receive his payment .I’ve left several voice messages for them to not call me back . I’ve called now for two weeks straight everyday and no one has answered ..
