Don’t come here these people can’t just do there jobs and go on about there day they want to make people wait real long for nothing when there’s clearly no patients in there rude lady’s and the guys just stare like weirdos you work in San Bernardino get over it.your going to ruin somebody’s day and you will be held accountable for that

No help, after reading some of the good comments I’m wondering why I didn’t receive such help, the lady I spoke too was very little to no help. Workers comp doctors do everything they can to NOT help you.

Drug tested took almost 3 and a 1/2 hours. Pre employment drug test nevertheless And the mens bathroom Did not have a door and a guy in a wheelchair was practically sitting right behind me. But the women's Bathroom had a door.. It's unprofessional nobody's on probation So there is a huge lack of privacy and if you are a man you are not created equal at this place

Long wait for a drug test. No communication. Staff was berating each other. Lobby smelled to cigar and staff was disengaged, annoyed and rude with the patients. They also had a weird message on a white board for everyone to see that said: "let me HELP you HELP ME". If that doesnt tell you everything I dont what will.
