I've been here several times for flat repairs and new tires, and I'm always impressed with the staff. This time I went in for a flat repair without an appointment and they were able to help me anyway. It turned out that my tires were due to be replaced, and they were still able to help me same day. They explained everything in a polite, friendly, and comprehensive way, and were even able to tell me what type of tires we've bought before to help with my decision. While I was waiting, I saw several other employee-guest interactions and was impressed with the professionalism of every one of them. We will definitely be back for all our tire needs!

I had scheduled an appointment and paid in full online. I arrived at Discount Tire in Longmont, Colorado 30 minutes before the scheduled appointment. The check in process (and online experience) went well. I was informed that the vehicle would be ready no later than 2:09 pm (appointment was 1:15 pm). After waiting 1 hour and 37 minutes, the vehicle had not been taken into the bay for the tire change. I decided to request my keys back and a refund, which they provided.

I was very disappointed that I took the afternoon off from work and scheduled the appointment, only to not have the service work performed on time.

Unfortunately, the customer ahead of me had waited for over two hours and Discount Tire was just starting to work on their vehicle. The over booking process is unacceptable and, in my opinion, is very poor customer service for folks that have limited time and are proactive in scheduling appointments.

I do not recommend using Discount Tire in Longmont, Colorado.

Update: 4 to 5 stars. They have really improved their service and I appreciate their efforts to focus on the customer.

Update: From 2 stars to 4. They made a sincere effort to correct my issues regarding my feedback.

Been doing business here for over 5 years. They won't honor a 2 week old quote for tires that wore out in 5 months. The numbers always change so make sure you get a copy of any quoted prices. Always get different information depending who you deal with. Will be seeking business elsewhere.

I highly recommend the team over at Discount Tire in Longmont! Zack was phenomenal at making sure I was taken care of during my visit. I wasn’t pressured into buying something I didn’t need either. Jake (I believe that was the technician who assisted me) was able to quickly repair my tire, mount and balance it, as well as top off the air in my tires. Very pleased with the service I received today and definitely recommend this location!

I always love going to discount and they have always been great with my tires and always helpful. I took my truck in to have the patch a tire for me they called and said that that there might be a change my hubcap would break due to the strip of the screw. I appreciated that. When I picked up my truck I found that both my back wheels some of my fins were broken they didn’t mention that. I don’t know why my driver one was even messed with cause it was my passenger back tire that needed patched. I now have to order new ones and repair them. As well as my tire light is still on and they didn’t fill my tires up to the correct psi.

I discovered, to my complete surprise, that my driver's rear tire had picked up a nail accidentally, so off to Discount Tire for a complete tire check since some cooler weather came in. I was not planning on having this done today, but I did not want to drive it like that either, so take care of it now!!! Thankfully, on a Friday afternoon, it was not chaotic yet... because I evidently brought business in with me...LOL!!!
Very pleasant and professional young men taking care of a professional business in a professional manner, including having clean, stocked restrooms, a true pet peeve of mine, as well as others, I'm sure!!! Thank you, Discount Tire, for making an unpleasant chore into a time well spent, making a new friend in your lobby, also!!!

I made an appointment online for a rotation. When I arrived they looked at my vehicle, made a few suggestions, and told me it would be about an hour. Twenty minutes later and they were done! Very friendly and helpful and answered all questions. I have always had a great experience with Discount no matter where I am.

Charged $500 to mount+balance tires for "special machine" website says all ships have touchless machines. Tore sidewall on one tire and had to have it replaced. They tore it again installing that one and had to do it all over again. 5 trips in for one set swapped over big waste of time.
