Competitively priced compared to my previous storage facility down the street, but what truly sets this location apart is the exceptional staff. Amber and Lucy at the front desk are consistently welcoming and friendly, creating a warm atmosphere that’s rare to find in storage facilities. Their attentiveness adds a reassuring touch, especially when it comes to security. I frequently see one of them making rounds, keeping an eye on everything. Knowing that they are actively monitoring the property gives me great peace of mind—this level of attention makes me confident my belongings are safe here. Highly recommended, 5/5!

I've been yo Many storage companies and no one compares to Extra Space Storage on 190th. I had over dozens and dozens of questions. Blayne and Amber were very patient with me and assisted in every concern I had . Most helpful people and understanding.
