Placed a pickup for 3 simple items. 6-7pm at 4:30pm and i get a email the next day that it got declined. Whats the point of pickup if the employees cant pick 3 items. Wasted my time. If you guys don't have enough staff don't have services that require more people than y'all have.

Well first I hope I’m spelling the girls name right her name is Lynesss and I just want to say that I’ve come to this location multiple times and did not like the customer service interaction that I was giving because I’m not used to buying weed out of a storefront so I have a lot of questions most the time But today lanes was eager to show me multiple items. Give me descriptions calculate prices and let me know what was the best thing for me and my dollar she even showed me some things for the next time just in case I thought about them that’s the type of service you guys should have all the time here , I’m coming back just to see her

I love this dispensary, I’ve been coming since it opened and sometimes there’s a line but it’s always worth the wait! Good things always are! When they say fire weed at fire prices they mean it! I love Jose he’s always there with a smile and a fist bump and the most genuine dude you could meet! Thanks for always being the best

Mia was an awesome budtender! she is knowledgeable on products where she can give you fire recommendations, and super nice and patient. I spent about $800 today and she was patient and nice throughout my whole transaction. a lot of times i get budtenders that seem to be in a rush, or persistently ask me if “that is it for your order” even thought i’m still shopping. which i then tend to then not shop as much as i want to and not come back again. I recommend Mia to anyone that has question on products, or wants to know about some amazing products! THANK YOUU!!
