Sask WCB is very confusing. Slow to start working a file and then suddenly in a rush to close it before the requested information arrives. Shoddy work. Many errors in their correspondence. Cherry picked their favourite info to deny claims even though contrary to medical reports. If if wasn’t government it would be investigated as a scam organization.

I had a serious injury about 15 years ago. I was very threatened by WCB having so much control over my future as I am not very trusting of organizations like them. For 15 years WCB has taken great care of me. I was retrained and had many things covered for me over the years to help me keep working. I have had some great people that I have had to deal with year after year. I had heard a lot of people bash and complain about wcb while I underwent my retraining and physio. My impression of most of the people I spoke too were clearly lazy and trying to take advantage of this system. Thank you so much WCB for having looked after me so well. Please stay strong and continue to help those who want to help themselves.

I was ripped off as well got paid less because my boss lied then thetmy are now saying I was over paid for earlier weeks lol I was at the doctor immediately after. Yet u lose fwo weeks

wish I could give a negative star
I was in an accident while on clock in our work bus and over a year later they are just getting back to me to start treatment meanwhile I work on a farm and I am 45mins out of the city and do not have my own personal car here, I have my work bus that I drive everyone out here every day and they expect me to pay a cab twice a day and three days a week to get to regina from my work place that i mentioned is 45mins out of the city.
while they are giving me my old wage and I can not afford to pay for a cab all my bills while receiving my old wage.

Scammers be ware guys don’t trust them in any shape or form , and hire a lawyer as soon as possible, trust me they will find a way to scam you regardless.

To bad I cannot give them a negative star review. Wcb is nothing more then a scam designed to protect employers and destroy the lives of injured workers. Justice McLean in Alberta had it right when he ruled that workers compensation in Canada violates all the principles of natural justice. It is an abomination in a country and province where rule of law is supposed to be the standard, but when you have an organization like wcb that is answerable to none then you have tyranny and the very basis for corruption. Politicians and all those who uphold wcb's exclusive jurisdiction should be seen as enemies of the public good and treated as such.

all the paperwork is pointless and the send it all the time, if you dont do it perfectly you are cut off and they label you non compliant. They will do everything they can to find loopholes to not help injured workers
