I briefly attended this school in Grade 11 for 6 months between September 2022 and March 2023. Despite it being a rural high school; most of the teachers are very left-wing and they shoehorn their progressive ideologies onto the students. If you disagree with the teachers, then they will get mad at you. Especially the English teachers, they just can’t stop talking about their progressive views.

My son DJ chose to go to a school that worked for what he had interest in. This school has not disappointed. He went into summer school after graduating grade 9 for Auto Mechanics. He did this because he also was joined for going into a program where you build a home in the the school season from the ground up and learn construction and get credit for 10, 20, 30. In this, he has been getting full honours and enjoying the work environment along with the education. Not sitting in a desk all day has made for a perfect happy medium. He loves his instructors both in auto motive as well as his building futures program. He’s now interested in work experience credits for his job as well as then applied to be a part of the program for work experience credits. Gives him various opportunities and a lot of credits and good grades. He’s loving education and to me that’s number 1 in importance is my children liking their education and feeling they have options.

Everyone is concerned about the looks (inside & outside) of the school, had anyone ever thought about the safety of your children when being transported to & from school & in road trips?

Well let enlighten you (look at the pictures, my GPS speed}.
The driver of this school bus with the school logo on it was driving 120KM/HR with children in the bus, the children in the bus were waving & clapping every time the driver passed a vehicle (they don't know any better) because it is that could also KILL......

Called the school, told the receptionist the reason I called, she said the principal was busy to or she could give me the # to the transportation department!!!!! I could have called the transportation department myself, but it shows she did not take the matter seriously & Judy wanted to pass down the problem.....

Someone, anyone about this...
I am from Ontario &I voiced my concern..
