Horrible customer service. Before you hire them they are great then once hired horrible. They don't follow up with you and don't follow up with insurance companies. They give you wrong information and simply tell you to be patient. If you win your appeal YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL LEGAL FEES AND THEY WILL GARNISH YOUR CHECKS UNTIL PAID THEY LIE WHEN YOU HIRE THEM AND DONT TELL YOU THIS AND IN FACT LIE SAYING EMPLOYER PAYS THEIR FEES. DO NOT USE FOR WORKMEN'S COMPENSATION CLAIMS. Find someone else. Worst experience I have ever had with a law firm!

This guy is a joke didn't even try to answer simplest questions he is here just to collect your money you can only advocate for yourself if you hire Mr Ginsburg you will be alone and not get anything done he waited till the day of the bcr to see if I still wanted him I could never get return calls whatsoever. I would say one word a baboon he didn't step up but step down he does not give two hoots about his clients and will bill.and bill the insurance company when he doesn't even do his job. Man to man he's a p.o.s. Do not give up hope but save your self a headache and don't waste your breath on hiring him. 5TH GRADER COULD OF REPRESENTED ME %100 BETTER. Jacob Ginsberg stole money and messed up my custody paperwork. Never returns calls or emails. Decides to go out of town for a “recital” instead of taking care of business. He was threatened by my exes attorney to respond since he never did his job. I DO NOT recommend. He just steals your money and lets you sit by and wait for nothing. If you want a good attorney, go elsewhere. He’s pathetic. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

This law firm ripped me off. They were handling a workers comp case for me and did a horrible job. They took their cut of my money and closed out my case but I did not find out until a year later that my case was closed. I got suspicious when I was no longer getting bills from them. They would not return my calls or get back to me on anything. I am still looking for a law firm to sue these guys. Stay away from this firm. You see they have a low review. I only gave them a one star because I could not post this without one.

My husband was injured at work two years ago and we were represented very poorly by this attorneys office. my husband was not treated fairly!! he is still out of work in a lot of pain every day and these people did nothing to try to help him they wouldn’t even answer the phone after we got the denial letter so we were left in the dark not knowing what to do. We left several messages called several times A day to try to reach them after court no answer back at all for more than 2 weeks or so, until it was too late. ended up firing this attorney because Workers Comp advised him to do this which was very bad advice! little did we know we were played by them Because we needed the attorney to file the appeal before 15 days so now Its nothing we can do because the time frame has ran out and we did not know this because of poor advice by the worker’s compensation office and Poor representation of this attorney’s office !! I don’t recommend this attorney’s office for Workers Comp if u want someone to fight hard for u; they do a very poor job and you’re allowed to hold the bag!!! my husband will never be the same because of his work injury and he’s been treated poorly every since he hurt himself at work!!! SMH PEOPLE SHOW NO LOVE WHEN ITS NEEDED THE MOST!! People show more love for animals and they do human beings!! My husband’s case was a very good case he was hurt at work have never had any prior back injuries. this case should have never been lost But it was because of poor representation by this law office. we have talked to several attorneys since then that said it was a very good case and it should have been won and taught differently. this is something that I will never forget; how we were treated and I hope that they can rest at night knowing that my husband will never get any help with getting his back fixed or being able to take care of his family and provide for them especially at the hard times that we’re having with COVID-19. he still out of work and unable to work due to injury! we’re still struggling even though I’m a nurse of 20 years, I find myself having to cut my hours to stay home to help him and Plus we have a disabled child so this has made it very hard on our family it has changed our lives completely!!! he will never be the same!! 😪😡 Sad but also angry!! Major Ginsberg and his son sold out my case. They led me on for 3 yrs on a 750,000 lawsuit they never even investigated. By the time I got my case to another atty to evaluate, time had expired. They cant be trusted, point blank. They talk a good game only to sell your case out for a profit. Bad Bad business.
