I recently visited Action Urgent Care for my broken toe, and I want to express my gratitude for the exceptional care I received from Medical Assistant Jennifer. From the moment she assisted me, she was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional.

Jennifer was very gentle and meticulous during the dressing procedure, ensuring I was comfortable throughout. She even went above and beyond by helping me into a wheelchair and personally taking me to my car. Her kindness and compassion truly made a difficult situation much easier to handle.

I’m so thankful for her outstanding service and care. Jennifer is a true asset to the team at Action Urgent care.

Rahul K was very helpful and assisted throughout the procedure. He made me comfortable and provided detailed insights on my health making me more comfortable about my eye infection.
Other staff including the doctor were very supportive and helped me having an overall smooth experience.
I stepped in an hour before my appointment and they were able to accommodate my request for early check in.

Visited Action Urgent care at Montague.

I visited this urgent care center due to some severe flu-like symptoms. The doctor was thorough, listened to all my concerns, and explained my treatment plan clearly. The nurse was fantastic, making sure I was comfortable and answering my questions with a smile. The clinic itself was clean and efficient, and I didn’t have to wait long to be seen. I highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of urgent medical care. A great experience overall!"

The team at the river oaks location were absolutely fantastic in terms of help and compassion. I was visiting multiple times within the span of a couple months and all the members, specifically Ximena H. went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and at home. They did there best to provide me all the answers to my questions and even provided some supplies I would need for at home care. The help I got from them was astounding and would love to see them again for any future issues…hopefully not anytime soon! 😀
