I had a disappointing experience at the store. When I accidentally missed seeing a price and turned to apologize, one of the workers gave me a dirty look and began speaking rudely to her coworker. On top of that, the staff were loudly discussing personal matters like their “baby daddy,” which felt extremely unprofessional in a retail setting. The overall lack of courtesy and professionalism was unacceptable. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works toward creating a more respectful environment for customers.

Bought a product that clearly does not work well and I asked them before I got it if I can exchange for another one if it does not work well and they said yes. I used it, does not work and now I just wanted to exchange for a different but same type of product but they said no that it gets hot so it should be fine…tried it first time on one hair - didn’t work and then tried it on another hair and had to wait 10mins for one strand to work…told them that their staff suggested it to me and I needed something to work fast. Told him to try it himself but knowing it won’t really work - he didn’t. Very disappointed

I went to buy bonnet for medium hairs and the girl working at store gave me one for braids and when I went home , my daughter told me that this is wrong as the bonnet the girl at store suggested me is braid bonnet and I need satin bonnet. I only able find when I opened the box. When I went to the store to return with receipt, they refused to exchange saying it is not exchanged as I opened the box- difference of tape only. I am wondering that if you have the original packaging and the receipt , they should consider to provide better customer service. I am not happy with the girls dealing on the counter. Even I asked them talk with your manager- she replied to me that she don’t want to disturb her manager come back again tomorrow. For 5 dollar bonnet, I should spend my time and gas to talk to manager. Overall very bad experience on return.

I bought lashes, eco gel, hair dye 6.1 shwartzof, toner and gloves for coloring my hair/food prep. The sales staff was helpful. I just didnt like seeing camera footage photos of people caught and reported stealing at the front enterance its not inviting. I think that should be in their back office for emoyees not customers.

They had a variety of Hair options, hair products and beauty products for the face both for men and women and I didn't have to worry about how to get any. African hair extensions in their varieties with quality products. Lipsticks, nail products etc....no need to worry about any. Prices are also very pocket friendly.

Had a bad experience with the Asian staff, when the cat is away the mouse will play. If you know what l mean. The boss was not there. I am a A licensed stylist. I've been purchasing my supplies from there for the past 2 years.

Had no problem. Why did I go last week and had an encounter? I was going to purchase some lace Frontal wigs that were in the bin that were already marked down. Why when I get to the? Register that. I was not entitled to my 10% discount that I receive all the time on any products that I purchase.

the Asian lady , Slim tall one gave me a really hard time. I didn't want to give me my 10%. On the bin that had the hair that was on the sale. I asked her.
Where is it written that I cannot get my 10% discount even though you had a bin that was marked down. I noted to her that the boss allows me to still get my 10% even though you have a bin that's marked down. So I said to her. I'm only saving like $2 on it. I which I picked up at least 5 pieces which were $20 each.
Knowing that I am a customer that buys on a regular. What would she be losing? I asked show me a policy that said that she could not give me the 10% . She replied she could not.

They've totally lost me as a customer over the past 2 years. Over $10 that I would have saved. Not very smart but I will be having a conversation with the boss. When he arrives back and where are all the black staff? I don't see them anymore. It's just all the Asian girls. What dows that say?

Large store with a wide selection of hair products. Staff are friendly, patient and knowledgeable. Was able to come in and find everything I needed. Only con is the no-refund policy. Of course if you live close and visit often, likely not an issue. Otherwise even a 14 day return policy would be preferable for customer service. Would still recommended this store and will be visiting again.

I’ve been coming to this location for more than 10 years and today pissed me off enough to write this review. It’s a great place to get stuff for a reasonable price usually for the most part. I bust for over an hour and got there 10 minutes to spare, and when I arrived, the doors were locked. I don’t appreciate to hassle and waste half of the time I have left in the store trying to get inside because the people don’t want to stay until the end of the day. I want to go home after a long day of work as much as anybody, but I bust for one hour after working all day just to be dealing with this problem. I only bought one item instead of the three I intended to and just left. Usually, my visits are anywhere 5 to 20 minutes by the way, depending on how many items I need to purchase. I also want to add that the sale bins near the cash register are always atrocious and they have people working there so I never understand why it looks like that.
