Unfortunately I would love to give this school more but they were so disappointing. We are a military family and moved during my child sr year. He never felt welcomed in the school they made no effort to try to help him with that. I suggest having someone from the leadership club matched up with him to help. They said “great idea” and that was as far as it went. They put him in a grade 10 gym class because that’s all they had, really the kid needs to make friends. The school is very clicky that is all the school teaching the students to be more welcoming could go a long way. They insulted his intelligence by them saying school was so much harder in this province, he did just fine despite one counsellor degrading another province the ignorance wow you do know other provinces have exams lol. My child had an IPP and I never even had a meeting or a copy of it all year. Still didn’t receive one even after the board telling them to give me one. Calling provincial outlets to help with all this I was told that they have a lot of problems basically with that school and this very issue. I can say he got a few amazing teachers thank goodness there are some good people there.
I really hope they take this Google review and open their eyes because you made my child’s sr year one of his worst.

I did some research and found out the high school is named after a Metis family who came to Alberta from my home province of Manitoba.the Bellerose family was from the red river settlement in Manitoba so along with two other Metis families who came to Alberta I can say I'm proud to be from the province where these families came from.

This school doesn't care about its students or bullying. My son has had so many issues with bully's here and whenever he tries to talk to the teachers and principal about it they ignore him and do nothing. He was punched in the face inside the school with witnesses and they did nothing about it but try to blame him.

Least horrible school in St. Albert so five stars. If you are planning on going here I gotta hot tip, best washrooms for dropping a deuce are either in the mechanics shop, the handicap one next to gym or upstairs down the hall from the elevator. Only for dropping a deuce or other smelly activities (door locks and fan on ceiling to get the smell out.) nobody even uses these especially the one down the hall from the elevator upstairs.

We have had several students from Bellerose Coposite HS train at our facility over the years. The experience we’ve had with these students is a great one. It speaks volumes about their teachers.

This place depends on which teachers you get. Most of the teachers are super friendly and passionate. Especially the science teachers, those guys are amazing. The bathroom situation is really bad.

My Ladyspace went to the school..and I have to tell you she is a deadringer for Selena Gomez yes she is a deadringer for the big star and I'm sure walking down the halls going to class hey there is Selena Gomez so I'm sure she heard it walking down the halls.. yes a bellerose student a deadringer for Selena Gomez.

The staff is very rude and disrespectful to possible future students. I found that while visiting to possibly switch, the staff was were not very helpful or welcoming. After many days of consideration i have decided to take my education elsewhere to a place that I feel welcomed and wanted in.
