Bonne nourriture, seulement personnel peu souriant. Et SURTOUT, nous avons commandé un plat à l’ananas qui était censé être servi dans un demi ananas et ce dernier n’était pas là (alors que nous avions vu des assiettes avec juste avant) ET EN PLUS, lorsque j’ai fait une réclamation on m’a répondu de manière très sèche pour me dire que c’était normal et que c’était écrit sur le menu que l’ananas était présent en fonction des disponibilités et BIEN SUR, j’ai vérifié sur le menu et il n’y avait rien. Dommage

As I am from the North of Thailand, the food here was excellent and so many Thai food that you couldn't find it in any Thai restaurant in UK. I'm very happy with the service, all staff are friendly and welcoming. I suggest to make a reservation first, rather than walk in, as this restaurant is busy.

The worst Thai food and hospitality outside Thailand that I ever have around the world. First, we booked for table for 10 guests by 6pm. Been told after arriving restaurant to leave by 7:30pm as they claimed that they will have the party. The unfriendly Thai man staff who totally lack of knowledge of English menu terminology and always asked us to order by numbers. Asked for speciality dishes, been told by randomly number and it was not even delicious. Quality and taste of food is poorest as they were cooked by instant sauces. 7:20pm requesting for dessert, been told by same man staff that “you don’t have time for that as it was only 10 minutes left!”. So asked him to pack few food for take away which he aggressively and looked very angry, did it on the table. We left the place with no sign of party going on in the place and there were still tables available for other guests who just arrived. We spent money almost 350 pounds with service charge almost 30 pounds. Not worth at all in any term. Decorative likes fine dining with cheapest food and poorest service. Especially, I am Thai, it was shameful and embarrassing as we should not been treated like we were there begging for your food and service for free and the only group that had such a small limited of time.

The atmosphere was warm and cozy, setting high expectations for the meal. However, I was disappointed to find the crockery and cutlery unexpectedly dirty. Even after I requested a change, the new plates still appeared to have not been washed properly in quite some time.

Most of the dishes were satisfactory, except for the fried rice, which was a bit soggy.
