I just had a brake service at the shop. Very nice service and great work on the car. I had a concern about the noise but owner / Mechanic took care it after test drive and brought into the shop. I will definitely go back for the services

I have been going here for years and this review is long overdue. This place is absolutely fantastic. They have always given me a fair price and the staff is very professional. When I first went here the place was ran by Usman, but he is slowly passing it onto Bernard, but you will likely see both there and they are incredibly good at their jobs. If you need quality service this is the place to go.

I am so impressed with Comp U Tune and Brake! I had taken my 2015 Toyota Tacoma truck to another place in Union City and they said I needed brake pads and rotor replacement, plus shocks and struts and transmission filter work! If I hadn't trusted my instincts, and hadn't declined the services, I would have had a $3,000.+ bill for work not needed. At Comp U Tune and Brake, they called me to tell me I didnt need the brake work, there was plenty of wear still on the brake pads and they looked at the repair estimates from the other shop and said they were really high!
I want to thank the gentleman, "Usha"( sorry about the spelling), who kindly gave me a ride to Target while the mechanics looked at my truck.
This company is truly honest and respectable of a woman coming in for repairs! Thank you!!

An excellent place to get.your car repaired. I can truthfully say the mechanics here are highly rated honest guys. They are also owners of the business. Their customer service is very customer oriented - meaning the communication is stated so you can understand and appreciate the work accomplished. I took my car for tire repair. Bernard was able to figure out the problem and gave a reasonable price estimate. They were quickly able to repair the tire. I found them very honest and professional and recommend them.

I really must say, honesty goes far with me. I came to this shop knowing im about to cough up some $$$ on brakes. Wrong. Benard greeted me when i came in, asked a couple of questions about my brakes and then walked outside to do a visual inspection. Regretfully I know ZERO about brakes, so he could have sold me on anything. He literally informed me that my pads were good and suggested that we drive around so he can get a feel of where the issue might be. Of course they were silent while a mechanic was present. Even while I was driving he was asking when do my breaks make squeaking noises. He then offered up logical reasons on why i may be hearing the sounds. I was totally put at ease and sold on his honesty. I will definitely bring my vehicle to this shop for any issues from now on.
