Much needed resting area right by the beautiful lake, enough privacy between cars, most have a picnic table and garbage can. 4 dry toilets, some sheltered area too. Downside - it's right by the highway, expect traffic noise during the day. Many cars stopped for rest, some overnight. Loon will serenade for you, too.

My favorite rest stop. You can drive up to the washrooms if you need to and toss all your garbage. Many picnic tables along the water, you can walk into the water, kayak or fish

This is the perfect spot for a cyclist crossing Canada. The water is so clean!
You could get some water from the lake, wash clothes and let them dry under the shelter. Never wash clothes inside the lake pls!
The water is also perfect for swimming; a cycling heaven after a long hot day on the road.
Dry toilets, but no drinking water. However, water from the lake is perfect when filtered.

Quaint spot right off the highway to spit for lunch and a quick dip. The kids were entertained by all the fish and crayfish.

One of our favourite rest stop along the TransCanada highway. Peaceful, water is always perfect for a swim and if you’re still enough you can see the turtles.

Very nice place to pull over for a quick sightseeing and rest. There are lots of picnic tables and depending on the table location, you will get to enjoy the clear clean fresh water flowing on the lake while standing on a huge rock that serves as your pathway.

Gorgeous little place, great to stop and have a snack at the picnic tables and go for a walk to stretch ur legs. The kids loved watching the water. Was a perfect little break my little family needed
