The hotel is very well located and has a lot of charm. However, in the mornings I had no hot water despite letting it run for several minutes. When I mentioned this issue at the reception, I was told rather rudely that I should have let it run even longer.

My expectation would be that guests are informed if the hot water requires an unusually long time to come through, or that the staff acknowledge a possible technical problem. I found the way the situation was handled unprofessional.

Wonderful hotel with a lot of charm and character. The staff was wonderful and very kind! The breakfast was a delight and the spa which can be reserved for private sessions (for a fee) was absolutely wonderful! We had a nice room. We will definitely be back!

Cute historic hotel in central location, but let down a bit by the family room - not as chic as the website photos and in need of some decorative revamp (for example, the overhead lamps didn't work, and the room needs some blinds or shutters so it's dark at night - expected a bit more for a 4 star hotel and the price paid). Staff were lovely though and breakfast nice on the garden patio, and spa is little but with a relaxing pool/jacuzzi if you want to pay the reasonable 15 euro per person for 45 min of private use, so overall a pleasant-enough stay.

My wife and I spent two nights this early September,
A very nice, cosy, hotel to stay in.
The Staff was professional, friendly, helpful, and welcoming, including the owners, and a special thank to Anne Laure that took care of us during the generous breakfast.
A great location minutes walk to the beach, restaurant, and right opposite a great mark that we wondered around over the weekend.

Our 2nd visit here, based on a good first experience. Still a great location with a pretty garden and car parking and lovely staff. ||BUT The room was a practical nightmare. 2 steps down into the room, a minuscule toilet that is hardly usable and no door to the bathroom. A high side on the bath to step over for the shower and no hand grip to hold on to. No spare plug points for charging devices or the table fan provided (a too-short cable) and no fridge. Room safe not working. A superior room, we were told all these rooms were similar, so no point in asking to change, said in a dismissive, defensive, manner. A warning lesson to inspect the room before accepting it! We had no questions over our mobility when booking or on arrival. Sorry, but there are better options available in the town for the same money. Fellow travellers, you have been warned!

Great hotel, centrally located in Pornichet, walking distance to the beach and opposite lovely market with freshly caught fish!

Very nice hotel with beautiful and clean rooms. Staff is really nice and helpful! Close to port and beach, sensible distance to other locations in the city. Market place with fresh seafood is 1 min away! Private parking is a nice addition.||I strongly recommend this place.
