Avoid this restaurant and pick any other at the airport. On top of an already way overpriced meal they force you to pay an 18% or more tip to the person who microwaved your food and bought it to your table. I’m all for giving a good tip for good service, but this is outrageous. Their app has no way for you to change the tip amount And if you don’t pay within 20 minutes, they force you to pay 20% tip.

Nice spot for drinks/food while waiting in the terminal! Conveniently located and quick service. Prices are well, airport prices, but they have a good variety. Tables and outlets for seating as well as a bar top with seats. You can even mobile order with the QR codes from the tables!

I was just stopping through and decided to have the loaded waffle fries. BEST EVER!! They had tons of cheese. Came out hot and melty. Plenty of bacon bits. I ordered online at the table, and everything went smoothly.
It was better than food I have gotten outside the airport. Time was pretty fast to. That being said the restaurant was only about 1/3 full so I don't know what it would take if they were hopping. I was done in under 25 minutes.

We had layover at Orlando and the main food hall had crazy long lines even outside a Burger King so we decided to go here with 0 wait time and prepared to eat mediocre food however I was pleasantly surprised by the food. I ordered chicken quesadilla and it turned out to be pretty good, I even overate (I can only finish half of it usually but this time I went 3/4th).

The staff however is what explains the low rating of this place. The lady at the bar was cold at best and rude at worst. It takes a minute before you realize after you’re seated at the table that you need to place your own order at a small space between two bar chairs.

I almost paid $5 for iced tea bottle and food is overpriced too but what else do you expect at airports and theaters ?

Despite the slightly bad reviews, I actually enjoyed this place. I got the avocado toast and a Starbucks Frappuccino, while my dad got a coffee. By the way, if you get a coffee here, you have to make it on your own (premade coffee dispenser, but the sugar and cream is all up to you). The food was pretty expensive, but what about that is unexpected given we're at the airport?

Anyways, the toast was actually pretty good and has a natural taste with a pinch of flavor with the pepper kicking in as an aftertaste. It might be a bit much for some, given how my lips were a bit tingly after I ate it, but as a quick bite to eat, it'll do.

Again, despite the reviews saying the service was bad, I think it was pretty good! The lady who took our order was extremely kind, and our order came out within the 10 - 15-minute window we were told it would. It might be a case by case basis, but for our trip, it was pretty good!

The restaurant looks very clean and well lit, minus a blinking light at the moment. There's a nice view of the airport from the huge window in the dining area, and there's a functional TV (there's 2 tvs, but one is broken).

TL;DR: Pretty good for what it is, but it is a bit overpriced and could use a little TLC in the restaurant itself.

I am not often a complainer, in fact, I usually don’t write things like this…but I feel like people should know what they’re getting into when it comes to airport food. There’s so many layers of wrong here. The bartender working was so sweet after she noticed I had been sitting for 10 minutes, she explained that you had to order through the QR code. Cool. I ordered, even though the website didn’t give an option to add an egg to avocado toast….even though it’s on the menu and on the website. 10 more minutes go by, she explains I have to go get my own coffee at the coffee bar and my bottle of water from the cooler. Cool. I go up to get coffee…the stirrers are compostable straws that melt in hot coffee. Cool. 15 more minutes for food…the stuff is kind of bland. Where’s the salt and pepper? Hmm. Not on the table and no server to ask for it. Make sure you tip! I know it’s not their fault but…dang. It’s just a weird set up to me.

I’ll throw some positives in here because I really don’t like being this type of reviewer. The coffee is so lovely hot and not at all like lukewarm airport coffee. The avocado I got on my sandwich was so fresh and it was a generous portion. The girls working were so sweet and kind and calm. Even the lady at the counter who I didn’t even interact with was patient while refilling and stocking the coffee bar, explaining orders, etc.

Stopped for some sandwiches before boarding our delayed flight. Possibly one of the best Turkey BLT Sandwiches I ever ate in my life. Service was great. I travel with four kids. Extremely helpful.
