Lovely and quaint. Very clean and well kept. Would definitely stay again if I were to visit the area again. Great location if planning to attend the F1 Grand Prix in Spa as we did. Georga who helped us while we were on property was great and very attentive to our needs. Wonderful experience all around!

We had already experienced the Palmarès Brasserie and the rooms above. The new Ardennes location is every bit as good, with the same attention to detail easy to see in all areas. Beautiful rooms, decor celebrating the history of Spa and the surrounding area, clean, comfortable, perfect location just off Place Royale

Older room but so much fun!

Best bang for your buck!

Room was very clean and we ended up in the corner room with a footed tub.

It was awesome to see how the room was decorated.

The staff was so nice, another hotel lost our reservations. it was completely random that we found this place and they said 10:30 was past check in time but they would allow us.

We jumped on the next train and made it right at 10:30pm

The man running the restaurant and bar downstairs was so very nice and patient with us.

We will definitely be back to spa and to this hotel.

Nice sized room but missing amenities like shower gel and - initially - tea and coffee. Room was dark and v noisy at night. At one point the phone of another guest took over control of the TV.

Bed was comfy, place is pet friendly.

Parking was overpriced as the parking garage was not secure.

I wouldn't necessarily call this a luxury hotel, as someone else mentioned its rooms above a bar. The 'hotel' seemed to be part of a bigger chain of other accomodation and restaurants that dominate the town.

Nizar was a great check in host! The rooms were very spacious! The deluxe room for 3 people was very big! Bathrooms are new and clean.

This is a fantastic hotel if you are a motorsport fan. It is however very let down buy its service. We arrived at 1.30 to be told that check in was 2pm and felt almost as if we should leave. We had travelled in extreme heat on a motorbike in motorbike gear and were extremely hot. We asked for a couple of beers. While we we’re waiting we looked at the menu and decided we would like to eat there that evening. We asked if we could reserve a table. We had to specify EXACTLY which table we would like so we did. I will come back to the other problems later but when we arrived for our meal the exact table we had had to specify was taken by someone else. When our room was ready we were shown where to go. I had asked on booking for a room with a shower and a quiet room, we got a room with a bath with a shower attachment. It was on the top floor so maybe that was the quietest room. I had booked the room along with tickets to the Thermal spa. I had mentioned this on checking in. There was no mention of the tickets when we were told our room was ready, I thought maybe there was something in the room about it…..no. We got changed and went to the bar and asked. The gentleman in the bar proceeded to tell me how to get to the Spa and what we would need to do. I explained I had already paid for access to the Spa with my booking. He had to telephone the manager and after some searching he then gave us some vouchers. He very kindly walked with us and showed us where we needed to go for the furnicular. I had emailed twice to say which day we wanted to go to the Spa and asked if we needed to specify a time. On the second time the reply was that there was “no problem for the access”. When we got to the Spa they asked if we had booked and I told them what had been said between myself and the hotel, they said the hotel should have booked us in and they had not, the Spa gave us access as it was not our fault. On the morning of leaving we came down at 09:00 for breakfast to find the restaurant closed. There was no information in the room about where to go for the “buffet breakfast” and none had been given on check in. We went back up to our room to check the website and any information we had but nothing stated where to go for the breakfast. There was also no one around to check out. We had paid €194 for 1 nights stay with breakfast and Spa access. No breakfast was had. We chose to stay here for my birthday and I have to say it was very disappointing. It will be interesting to see if the management actually read this review to learn something or just respond with the standard response as they have on previous reviews.

Perfectly located hotel for weekend visit of thermal baths and surrounding area. Warmly welcomed by owner in downstairs chocolate shop with helpful advice on parking, restaurants, and baths. Triple room was clean and spacious enough to accommodate two foldaway beds for our kids - ages 6 and 11. Coffee and tea in the room appreciated. Breakfast was good and plentiful with well-stocked croissants and boiled eggs. Note that baths are open to children 6 and above but may need to show ID as minimum age is enforced. Kids enjoyed it but quite deep for non-swimmers.

Terrible service! I made a reservation online and need to cancel it. No one will respond to the emails, Facebook messenger or comments on posts or the very expensive international phone message I left. If they dare to charge me for my cancelled reservation (it was allowed and I gave two months notice) I will contest with my credit card company and be refunded. The hassle is frustrating and I hope no one else has to endure it. I can only imagine how terrible the service is on site.
