Front desk service was awful he didn't know what he was doing. Very rude and wasn't helpful at all. Rooms weren't clean Very cold rms. Bad smell in the rm. Will never stay there again and will make sure tell others not to stay there. Will never tell anyone about this motel

Bar tender/inn keeper is super friendly! They went out of their way to get me a last minute room which saved me from sleeping in my car after a loonggg road trip. Room is clean and spacious and BLANKETS are cozy. Downstairs bar seems fun and inviting. The bar tender even lent me his charger since i forgot mine 🙂

Wow. Amazing food. Boneless pork ribs, chicken shanghaie noodles and rice Big plate. Full of flavour. About 50 seat capacity. Small, clean bathrooms. Nice pleasant lady. On the corner of 3rd and main.

You get you you pay for, but sometimes you get that little extra...||||I've stayed in this hotel numerous times in order to visit my children. The price is low,hence the rooms and service levels are low. As the saying goes, "You get what you pay for", but I was not prepared for the following.||||During my second last stay, a blanket went missing, which I was accused of taking. I paid for it on my last visit, to humour the the owner and since I could not recall for sure, whether or not the missing blanket was present during that stay.||||Today, my ex-wife made arrangements for me to stay at this place again. Not something I really expected or wanted to do, yet I can swallow my pride. We went to the hotel to pay for the room, however I was denied service, due to the following statement made by the owner. ||||"He's not staying here, it seems blankets go missing every time he stays here!"||||I now have reason to believe, that the Shellbrook Hotel is officially out of blankets and is no longer able to accommodate guests. I base this knowledge on the amount of times I have stayed in that hotel previously.||||This is the Hotel for you, if...||||- you like to safe money||- you don't mind being called a "blanket thief"||- you can provide your own blanket||- you're drunk and have nowhere else to stay||||Or, there's always the professionally run Shellbrook Motel as an alternative.

just come back today, what agreat place to stay, karen who running the place is chilled and makes you fell so welcome, food / breakfast so lovely and plenty off it, room was good and clean, tv in room aswell tea and drinks. plus towels and good size, will go back and cant wait.

The people are great rooms are good and and clean just there was no happy medium for the heat either to hot or cold.

Back in 1905.||||Now to the present.||||Yes you get what u pay for, and even less. ||||Leftovers on my floor, the room was dirty, Asked for a refund, refused, I just left went to the motel, paid a reasonable amount for a clean room, a clean made bed, my own bathroom, and everything else associated with customer service.||||something the Shellbrook hotel needs to learn.
