Hôtel recçant. Très propre. Le service a la réception est a la hauteur des attentes pour cette catégorie d'hôtel. Déjeuner un peux léger mais avec la pandémie c'est réaliste

Stayed at Towneplace Suites in Fort McMurray in December and it was a very good Stay. The hotel is or feels brand new. Lots of parking around the hotel. Big lobby where you can do some work and watch tv. The room/suite was spacious for my needs, and room was clean and modern. Rooms are quiet and comfortable. The fitness room is kind of small but its good if there are only few people.. the only thing I would like to see is some film on the windows as people from the lobby can see inside the fitness room and it feels like you are a fish in a fishbowl when you just want to work out. The location is good if you want to be near the airport but its kind of in the middle of nowhere, there is a burger king, gas station with convenience store, and mcds across the street. The free breakfast is great and they actually have real cutlery which is great.. can't stand using cheap wood forks and knives in some places. Good stay, good experience.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received tonight, November 29,2024. At 5:45pm , I contacted the front desk to request a late check out and was assisted by Mariel. She said that she would check and get back to me. However, after waiting for an extended period, finally she called me back at 7:30pm informed me that a late check out of 3pm was not possible due to hotels full capacity and my NON-ELITE membership status. I felt that her response was discriminatory and expressed my concerns. Unfortunately she hang up the phone without even telling me. Antonio, called me back, reiterating the denial with the same attitude. I clarified that I totally understood the denial, but was questioning the discriminatory manner in which guests were treated. I questioned the staff’s behaviour and expressed my hope that Management would address this issue before it’s getting worst and happened to other members/ guests. In contrast, I always had positive experiences with Nicole and Flor and it is disappointing to encounter staff who do not provide the same level of service. This location has the potential to be the best in Fortmc Murray, only without this kind of Frontlines people.

Extremely tiny “suite” room. Supposed to be a one bedroom suite however upon arrival we were stuck in this tiny room, for 3 people. So small that the sleeper couch and king bed are touching when the sleeper sofa is unfolded. |Staff wouldn’t move us to another room because it was an Expedia booking. Offered no accommodation or help at all. Just “too bad, it’s Expedia and call them”.|Lousy service and ridiculous price for $199 per night!

We stayed for one night in a king suite.
Absolute gem of a place.
Pool was heated & clean. Water slide was fun even for adults. Bed was comfy. Very quiet. Staff phenomenal!!.

オーロラツアーで3泊、懐かしく地図を見たら、ホテルから道路渡った場所に今でもマクドナルドがあることに感激です。カナダのわりには、ハンバーガーが小さくてフライドポテトはしょっぱ過ぎて捨てました。しかも高かった!
ホテルフロントのお兄さんかかキャップを被ったラフな若者で陽気な方でした。客室も広くて暖かかったです。極寒の2月でしたが、最終日にオーロラが見れていい体験でした。

I've stayed here for work once last year and by the end of this year I will have stayed here an additional four times. I've stayed for 5 to 9 nights each shift and TownePlace really feels like a home away from home. The clean and modern rooms give it a studio apartment vibe. I use the fitness centre and pool, which are both always clean and available. The staff are very accommodating for late-night work and are always friendly when we get back to the hotel at 2 AM. The only place for improvement would be the breakfast. Most hotels I stay at nowadays have some kind of waffle or pancake maker. The cardboard tasting pre-made omelets and sad looking bacon/sausage don't really cut it. I'm looking forward to my next stay!

The service at this hotel is above and beyond! We booked for a baseball tournament and due to the smoke, we dealt with multiple game delays. The staff were so accommodating of that, we're so grateful! Upon check in, they had a snack bag ready for each player! Extra special treat! Rooms are large, very clean and appreciate having a full kitchen! Free breakfast was great and the pool & waterslide so much fun for the kids! Staff are absolutely wonderful! Will definitely keep booking this hotel for team stays. Thank you for everything you've done for the Parkland Twins this weekend!
